Archer Norris's Litigation Group is comprised of skilled attorneys with additional education and experience in a variety of health care disciplines. Our attorneys have defended physicians and medical institutions in cases involving almost every medical specialty, including claims arising from alleged diagnostic, surgical, or other treatment error. In addition to litigation counsel, the firm provides general counsel services to hospitals, physicians and ancillary health care professionals. Archer Norris also represents a broad range of health care providers including home health agencies, hospice facilities, surgery centers, occupational health clinics, community clinics and many individual nurses, physicians and physician groups.
