Archer Norris is particularly attuned to the legal needs of the Elevator and Escalator industry. Two of its members, William Staples and Nandor Krause, have successfully represented manufacturers and service providers of vertical transportation devices and related businesses throughout California. We are currently Schindler Elevator Corporation’s Northern California defense counsel and handle all of Schindler’s litigation needs. Additional companies represented include Millar Corporation, Star Elevator, Inc., Apple Elevator Company, San Francisco Elevator Company, and Metropolitan Elevator Company.

Archer Norris attorneys have significant trial experience and have defended all types of personal injury and wrongful death claims arising out of the use or operation of vertical transportation devices. These include claims filed in both State and Federal Courts.
