Overview

Archer Norris has handled a significant number of class action litigation cases involving various types of clients and claims. Over the past ten years, attorneys in our firm have handled in excess of 20 class action matters. Some have involved representing manufacturers of products such as single family homes (involving potentially over 2000 homes), furniture, window manufacturers, chemical companies, and even pet food. We have represented various lending institutions over allegations concerning financing, fair debt collection practices and truth in lending issues relating on occasion to sale and financing of home improvement products. We have also represented the State of California in a prisoners' rights action.
