- Trajan serves as California regulatory counsel for BP’s Underground Storage Tank (UST) matters. In this capacity, he is responsible for handling multiple aspects of UST incidents including site characterization and remedial plan development, regulatory agency interface, third-party damage claims, and allocation of liability among contributing parties.
