Allan L. Isbell has more than 20 years of experience as a trial lawyer and advocate. In that time, he has acted as lead trial counsel in hundreds of cases, many of which involved claims for personal injuries and property damage, real property controversies, landlord-tenant litigation, construction litigation and business disputes.

California Trial Lawyer Skilled in ADR and Trial Excellence

Allan has tried more than 25 civil jury trials in courts throughout Northern California. He has appeared as lead appellate counsel before the First District Court of Appeals for the State of California. Allan has also tried civil bench trials and has represented clients in several binding arbitrations. He has successfully handled hundreds of arbitrations and mediations that resolved cases for his clients before they reached trial.

On-Call Trial Excellence When the Stake Are High

As a member of the Archer Norris On-Call Trial Counsel team, Allan is often called upon to litigate matters that are on the brink of trial. However, he also has a wide range of experience in alternative dispute resolution that avoided trials for his clients.

As part of his ongoing professional development, Allan presents legal seminars to insurance carriers and other attorneys on topics such as trial practice and uninsured motorist litigation.
