Namvar has defended and prosecuted numerous multimillion dollar construction and non-construction related matters to successful conclusion. His clients include, but are not limited to, cities, municipalities, contractors, sub-contractors, architects, engineers, land owners and product manufacturers.

Protecting Parties in Project and Insurance Agreements 

Namvar’s experience also includes the drafting of construction-related agreements for various owners, developers, architects, engineers and sub-contractors. He also reviews insurance policies to determine the nature and extent of coverage and provides advice and counseling on insurance-related matters.
