A member of Archer Norris's litigation group and based in the firm's Newport Beach office, Michael Gray has extensive experience in, all aspects of complex litigation with an emphasis on the representation of design professionals, general contractors and sub-contractors in construction defect, cost overrun / delay and construction related catastrophic personal injury claims.

Defending Design Professionals in Malpractice Claims

The defense of design professionals in professional malpractice matters makes up a substantial portion of Mike’s practice. Utilizing a thorough understanding of the design and construction process in both the private and public works arenas, Mike has successfully defended architects, engineers and land surveyors in numerous multimillion dollar construction related matters.

A Thought Leader in the Design Community

Mike’s involvement with the design professional community goes beyond litigation as he regularly presents seminars and counsels his clients, educating them in ways to manage their projects and avoid or minimize litigation. Prior to starting his legal career, Mike interned with the Oakland Raiders.
