A significant portion of Milt’s practice includes the defense of manufacturers and distributors of products containing asbestos and benzene. His practice further includes the defense of property owners and property managers against claims of community exposure to Legionella Bacteria and Mold.

Milt’s employment law practice comprises representation on all varieties of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and wrongful termination claims before all state and federal courts in California. He is also experienced at handling matters involving claims filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH).

Successfully defending major public entities has been a significant portion of Milt’s practice. His previous experience includes representing clients in matters involving negligence, premises liability, personal injury, government tort liability, employment law, auto-tort and civil rights violations. Additionally, his experience encompasses defending clients in administrative hearings before commissions and government agencies.

Prior to practicing law, Milt enjoyed a successful career as an engineer at Solar Turbines, Inc. and Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems. His engineering background includes substantial experience in the areas of mechanical, electrical and materials engineering. Milt is an active participant on the firm’s diversity committee. In addition to his work at the firm, Milt is also keenly involved in the community. His past experience includes providing mentorship and tutoring to at risk youth in the local neighborhoods.
