A recent case concerned a complex, multi-party construction defect claim against the developer/general contractor. As counsel for the lead defendant, Don meticulously coordinated the retention of an expert witness team and numerous site inspections, which included destructive and forensic testing. As a result, he reduced the client’s potential liability significantly and was able to pass through potential liability to the subcontractors, design professionals, and material suppliers who worked on the project.
