In his insurance coverage and litigation practice, Chuck represents major insurance companies and their insureds in complex coverage including insurance bad faith, environmental coverage, errors and omissions, general liability, excess liability coverage and reinsurance matters.
He advises clients regarding underwriting, policy language and the coordination of the defense of complex cases involving coverage and liability matters. Chuck also provides coverage analysis and opinions to insurance carriers and assists in drafting policy language. He has counseled on CGL, umbrella and excess policy language, endorsements concerning punitive damages, exclusions for MTBE, Fen-Phen, and tobacco, specific product exclusions, UMBI waivers, and e-commerce coverage.
