As a member of the firm’s Insurance Coverage, Appellate and Litigation practice groups, Danielle counsels and represents, insurance carriers with respect to claims handling and coverage issues under a variety of policies. These include commercial general liability, homeowners, business owners, and automobile liability policies.
Focused on Counsel to the California Insurance Industry
Danielle's practice also includes representation of carriers in coverage disputes, in policyholder litigation, and in claims arising from agent/broker errors and omissions. She has successfully represented carriers in all of these contexts at both the trial court and appellate levels.
An Award-Winning Background in Law
As a student at John F. Kennedy University School of Law in 2000, she graduated first in her class and earned the School of Law’s Outstanding Student Award for her academic achievements. She also earned the American Jurisprudence awards for academic excellence in Legal Research & Writing, Torts, Constitutional Law and Moot Court. Danielle received her Bachelor of Arts in English, with an emphasis upon written communication skills, from San Francisco State University in 1995, graduating cum laude.
She is a member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association and frequently volunteers for its educational outreach activities. She is also a member of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada.
