Practices

Chad D. Greeson

Associate

Chad Greeson works with the firm’s Litigation and Employment and Human Resources practice groups and advocates using legal technologies to better manage his clients’ litigation needs.

Advisor to Business and Insurance Clients

Chad regularly advises businesses and insurers in the defense of complex litigation in both California and federal courts, where he focuses primarily on elevator and escalator injury, products liability, and premises liability matters.

Preventing Employment-Related Litigation through Compliance and Counseling

From wrongful termination of employment claims to wage and hour disputes, Chad counsels clients on a wide range of employment-related issues. He specializes in employment claims involving pregnancy discrimination and pregnancy-related leaves of absence. To prevent litigation before it starts, Chad works proactively with employers to ensure that all work-related policies and procedures comply with California and federal employment laws.

Using Technology to Effectively Manage Litigation

Chad brings years of legal technology experience to the firm. He works actively within the firm to promote the use of legal technologies and to develop best practices for handling e-discovery, for managing electronic documents, and for presenting digital evidence at trial. In the digital age, Chad helps his clients take advantage of existing legal technologies to reduce costs and more effectively manage the litigation process from start to finish.
