Archer Norris Named One of the Best Places to Work in the Bay Area
The San Francisco Business Times has ranked Archer Norris #17 on its annual list of Best Places to Work in the Bay Area.
Employees from almost 400 Bay Area companies in 12 counties participated in an independent, third-party survey that ranks companies based on their employees’ ratings of work environment and corporate culture. Only 125 companies made the grade. Archer Norris placed at #17 on the list of 50 mid-sized companies with 101-500 employees.
It is the first time our firm has been named to the annual list. We are in good company - flanked by our client Cupertino Electric at #18.
We were honored at an awards ceremony where our ranking on this prestigious list was revealed. The excitement was palpable as the announcer counted down through the list – 50 – 40 – 30 – 20… We didn’t expect to place so well our first time out, and it prompted us to reflect on how we define ourselves as a firm.
A phrase we use to characterize our legal services, objectives + strategies = solutions, illustrates who we are and what we seek to accomplish for our clients. Using the equation as a guideline, the Archer Norris team solves problems and translates goals into positive results for our clients, making an impact on the community around us.
